待分離的物料經進料管進入高速旋轉的離心機轉鼓內，在離心力場的作用下，物料通過濾布(濾網)過濾，液相經出液管排出固相則截留在轉鼓內。待轉鼓內濾餅達到機器規定的裝料量時停止進料，對濾餅進行洗滌，同時將洗滌液濾出。濾餅脫波達到要求后，停機，濾餅由人工卸出。進入待機狀態。

The liouioflows out through the liquid outlet, but solids deposit on the internal wall of the basket.Once the solid cake reaches the rate capacityeeding stops. The flip cover is equipped with a feeding tube, a washing tube, an observation mirror, and an illumination hole. Configure an online cleaning system (optional) to perform online cleaning on the inner walls of the centrifuge casing, the inner and outer surfaces of the drum, and the surface of the liquid collection tank, ensuring cleanliness requirements and compliance with GMP specifications.
Strong versatility, grain size is not easily broken, and can be used for the separation of suspensions with solid particles or fibrous materials. It has a wide range of applications and is started by a frequency converter, with stable startup and adjustable separation factor.
