該機型主要用于物料的固一液分離。轉鼓和螺旋以差速同向高速旋轉，物料經進料管進入。在離心力作用下，固相物料沉積在轉鼓壁上形成沉渣層，液相物料形成液相環由轉鼓壁開始向內依次形成固相層和液相層。螺旋將沉積在轉鼓壁上的固相物料連續不斷的推至轉鼓錐端，經排渣口排出機外。液相經轉鼓大端向心泵排出。
This machine type is used for solid-liquid separation of materials. The bowl rotatesin the same direction as the spiral, but at a different speed. Material is fed into thebowl through the feed pipe. With the centrifugal force, the solid phase materialsdeposit on the bowl wall and form a sediment layer The liquid phase materialsforms a liquid phase ring and a solid phase layer and a liquid phase layer successive-ly from the bowl wall to the inward. The liquid phase then is discharged out throughthe bowl' s centripetal pump at the large end.
